They're Coming Again... This Time, from BEYOND THE GRAVE!

Hello Landlubbers,
No major news on our books yet - they're just in the process of finishing up at the printer and should be packed and shipped off to our fulfillment partners soon! I'm hoping that we'll have a timeline laid out for our month end update at the end of next week.
But I do have news to share today...
They Came from Beneath the Sea! developer Matthew Dawkins has put together another crack team for a new game in the "They Came From..." line. This time, rather than the atomic-fueled camp adventures of They Came from Beneath the Sea!, they're exploring the scary supernatural and sensual suspense tales of 1970s horror movies! The system may be familiar to backers of "...Beneath the Sea!" but adapting it to a new genre allows for some interesting stories and different thematic elements in this game.
I urge you now: do not open this book. Do not read its contents. Walk away, live your simple life, and keep these creatures of darkness in the shadows where they belong.
Opening your eyes to this horrible world, where demons possess dolls, the undead stalk the night, the Devil walks among us, and mummies march from their tombs, is an act of incredible bravery, or perhaps, complete foolishness. Turn away now, before it’s too late…
No? Well, in that case, I introduce you to a little game we can play, called
OK, I'm not really warning you about this book! I think it's gonna be awesome! And I think it's going to be an excellent companion game - not a sequel, not a supplement - that stretches the "They Came from..." version of the Storypath system in some fun ways.
They Came from Beyond the Grave! is a dramatic, hammy, and horrifying tabletop roleplaying game encompassing the shock, terror, eroticism, and humor of 1970s horror. This game allows you to play with all the magnificent content from the movies of Hammer, Amicus, and Roger Corman, and promises fun and thrills of the horror movie genre!
In They Came from Beyond the Grave! you play humans faced with the horrors of the supernatural. You’ll find yourself pitted against vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and constructed critters, along with demons, slashers, and THE DEVIL HIMSELF. Adventures range from the one-shot exploration of a haunted house, to the multi-era play across the 19th century and 1970s.
They Came from Beyond the Grave! contains a mix of serious threat, unmitigated ham, and nonsensical farce. We never tell you what is amusing and what is not, but we do provide you with the tools to make a seriously fun game incorporating all the elements of 1970s horror movies. This game provides rules for funny quips and amusing cinematics for incorporation in a story, along with dozens of special powers and story devices.
So, please come join our new Kickstarter project... if you dare!
Or, really, if you enjoyed our campaign for They Came from Beyond the Sea! We'll be running it in a similar fashion, sharing chapters from the manuscript throughout so that you'll be able to read the entire book before the campaign is finished and any funds are collected!

Well, we're in the middle of our lockdown process, but that won't stop me from having our regular month end post. Even if I'm sneaking it in as the hours count down.

We've locked in orders, processed BackerKit payments, and now it's time to lock in addresses.
CONFIRM SHIPPING INFORMATION - Please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date with your expected address for August 2020. Please ensure that this information is entered and correct by JULY10, 2020. In ten days, I will take the shipping information we have for you in BackerKit and provide that to our fulfillment partners, so they can start picking and packing orders, with plans to begin shipping by early August.
ADDRESS CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY OBLIGATIONS.
Consider this the two-weeks-from-fulfillment warning to update your information, after which point, you agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as listed in our pledge manager system to the address listed in BackerKit, that title and risk passes to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for import duties or any other duties that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities, providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. Failure to confirm mailing address prior to July 11, 2020 will be taken as agreement that all obligations have been met and no further action or effort is required on the part of Onyx Path.

ASSUMING IT ALL GOES TO PLAN...
At this point, all of this process and procedure is built around the idea that we'll be shipping at the end of July and start of August. But, between you and me, we're keeping flexible and anticipate some challenges around getting these final books out. I have friends in Argentina and Brazil that have pretty much shut down their postal systems to international mail, and deliveries are made complicated by a massive reduction in air traffic and connection routes.
So, even though I'm locking in addresses on July 10, we will only ship your rewards when it's feasible to do so. I don't know all of the logistics that'll be involved, but I'm going to work to ensure that we delay the orders that need to be delayed (so, no worries to my South American friends), and get out what we can when we can. I know Onyx Path is currently having issues getting stuff back and forth to Canada, so there are challenges all around.
That means, even though I'll have your address locked in on July 10, if there are any changes that you need to make, please contact me and I'll make adjustments.
I will send an update when books start shipping, and I'll keep you in the loop all through the fulfillment process! Together, we've made this awesome game. Together, we'll sort this all out.

We're moving another step in our fulfillment process. As noted in our previous update, Orders are being locked down so we have final distribution counts. If you wish to alter your order, I believe you've got 24 hours remaining to make any changes before the system locks in the numbers.
Now, it's time to gear up for Step 2: Payment Processing.
PREPARE FOR BACKERKIT PAYMENT PROCESSING ON JUNE 23
Soon, we'll have locked in our rewards and will be able to provide final numbers to our printing and shipping partners. Now, we've got two more key steps before fulfillment of the hardcover book:
1. CONFIRM ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION - For any additions you made in BackerKit, or any payments that did not process at the end of the Kickstarter campaign, please ensure your payment information is up to date, valid, and ready to be processed by JUNE23, 2020. In 15 days, I will instruct BackerKit to lock down and process all outstanding payments.
2. CONFIRM SHIPPING INFORMATION - Please ensure your shipping information is up-to-date with your expected address for July/August 2020. Please ensure that this information is entered and correct by JULY10, 2020. May 2020 Update - Survey Review & Lock Down

If you've been following along with Onyx Path's Monday Meeting notes, you may have noticed that They Came from Beneath the Sea! has been marked "At Press" - which means it's time to initiate the lockdown process!
I've "locked down" this big lizard!
IT'S TIME TO LOCK DOWN THE SURVEYS AND PREPARE FOR SHIPPING!!
Just to pause a moment in the middle of celebration, I ask that everyone reviews their BackerKit survey to confirm rewards and lock in information. Look for instructions below on how to access your Survey again, but key follow-up steps are:
1. CONFIRM REWARDS - I'll be locking down all Reward Lists, so if you wanted to add any additional rewards, please do so by JUNE8, 2020. In two weeks' time, I will lock down all reward lists and you won't be able to adjust or add anything after that time.
2. CONFIRM ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION - For any additions you made in BackerKit, or any payments that did not process at the end of the Kickstarter campaign, please ensure your payment information is up to date, valid, and ready to be processed by JUNE23, 2020. Quick note on schedules and timelines
2020 continues to prove that time does not work the way you think, and all plans need to be adjustable on the fly. I'm trying to get out a little ahead to have room to make alterations as needed, but obviously, these dates and the idea of shipping by end of July are our best guesses based on current projections. Should things change, I'll send communication and we'll update as necessary.

That's my brief surface-style semi-legal notice saying, basically, we're going to ship to the address you've provided but our cut off date, so please ensure your information is as accurate as possible. And, we'll do our best to get the book into your hands and make sure it all works out! But we can only work with the information we have, and shipping systems as they are today. Things have been weird lately, so let's work together to make it happen. I'll do my best on my end!

SHIPPING UPDATE TO COME
This is all in anticipation of shipping around the beginning of August. BACKER PDF VERSION
This is the first version of Heroic Land-Dwellers! to be released. We've sent you these initial Backer PDFs for three reasons:
1) To thank you for your support! You helped bring this game from the murky depths of Matthew Dawkin's imagination (so to speak!) and bring this into the world, and you deserve to see it first!
2) So you can start playing right away! You're got the rules, now you've got brand new characters to break out and jump into a game immediately! Play! PLAY! PLAY THIS GAME! And don't waste time on Character Creation (yet!), just DIVE IN!
3) To make the final version the best it can be! The design and development teams have done their best to proofread and correct any errors and typos - but some always sneak through. If you catch any typos, incorrect math, visual glitches, and the like, we want to hear about them and correct them before we send the book off to print.
With that in mind, I'd like to introduce the underseaerrata and correction process!
Generally, we try to keep errata collection open for the next 2 weeks, although they may be accessible a little longer due to the state of the world right now. Still, please report what you can as soon as possible to make sure we're getting everything covered.
We won't be collecting errata from other spots, just this specific form. Please note this form will be for errata only - typos, incorrect math, page elements that overlap incorrectly, etc. It won't be for book discussion - you can do that in a different thread, or on the Kickstarter comments page.
Also, they already know about any Page XX notations - those are usually corrected after any changes are made and the books are being finalized.
After any needed corrections are made (based on your feedback!), we will prepare an updated final PDF version of the book and you will receive a notice from DrivethruRPG that you can re-download your file with the latest version.
You've already made the book a reality with your Kickstarter support. Now you can make it even better by helping us crowdsource any minor errors and corrections.
